PVC / Polyvinyl Chloride

PVC or Polyvinyl Chloride is a reasonably strong material with good impact resistance and dimensional stability, but mainly excels in applications that require electrical insulation and chemical resistance.

This durable material can endure most harsh chemicals, acids, lye, salt solutions and has very good moisture resistance. PVC is also flame retardant and self extinguishable when the flame is removed.

PVC can be easily processed, cut, glued, folded and is weldable. This makes this material very suitable for spill trays, ducting, fume extractions and fabricated fittings where custom sizing and fabrication is required.
